What I am focused on this month.
Updated May 2026
Work
Leading APEX at AWS, a Claude-based multi-agent system for autonomous datacenter operations. This month is about reliability, expanding the ticket categories the system handles end to end, and the observability tooling the operations team uses to trust it on call.
Building
Iterating on JARVIS, my tmux-based AI session manager, with new agent teams and tighter skill handoffs. Also rebuilding a small dashboard for my portfolio analyzer that surfaces intrinsic-value framings the brokerages do not.
Reading
Working through a stack on operations research and game theory in parallel with a slow re-read of the philosophy of science. The intersection of formal mathematics and human decision-making is where most of my margin notes end up.
Practice
Boxing two or three times a week. The discipline of staying loose under pressure, breathing through a hard round, and reading another person in real time has a strange amount in common with debugging a system that is failing in distribution.
Listening
Old Hindi songs from the seventies when I want to slow down. Linkin Park when I don't. Coldplay either way.
Arts
Open calendar for musicals, concerts, and cultural events when they pass through town. Lately leaning into live music and theatre, whatever the right thing on a given weekend turns out to be.
Outside
Weekend hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park and the Colorado parks I haven't covered yet. The camera comes along.
